CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking, you agree to the following: • 48-hours’ prior notice cancellation • 50% late cancellation fee • 100% no-show fee • Automatic pre-authorized card charges on file • Declined card/ Insufficient funds→ invoice due in 24 hrs • No payment → no future appointments Deposits: • Non-refundable • 1 reschedule per deposit (same calendar month) Maintenance: • Fills recommended every 3–4 weeks • Appointments after 4 weeks = full set pricing Before/After Hours: • +$25–$45 fee for appointments outside regular hours Timing: • Independent Nail Artist — limited availability • Quality over speed— I Do Not Rush My Work! • Please plan your schedule accordingly! Arrival: • 10-minute grace period • 15+ minutes late = no-show Parking 🚗 • Parking available • After 4Pm on Wed-Sun → street parking/ Walmart/ McDonald’s • Appointments ending after 6:30 PM → street parking Etiquette: • Bring a show + earphones OK • Keep hands relaxed and still • If I’m quiet, I’m focused on detail work • No kids, pets, or extra guests (contact us) • No food/drinks • Minimal phone use Warranty: • 3-day fix for product issues only (service fee applied after 3 day) Other: • No refunds • Nails may be photographed/ videos/ audios Have a design in mind?
