Hi, I'm Jennifer! I'm a licensed nail artist, certified specialist, and the owner of JenJen Nails Studio in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. I specialize in advanced structured gel techniques that focus on healthy nail growth, clean cuticle work, and long-lasting retention. Rather than offering the same service for everyone, I believe every client deserves a customized nail system based on their nail condition, lifestyle, and goals. My passion is creating nails that not only look beautiful on appointment day—but continue looking beautiful weeks later. Whether you're a nail biter, a bride, someone wanting to grow natural nails, or simply love luxury manicures, my goal is to provide an experience that combines precision, education, and artistry.
CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking, you agree to the following: • To Complete the “Waiver Forms” • 48-hours’ prior notice cancellation • 100% late cancellation fee • 100% no-show fee • Automatic pre-authorized card charges on file • Declined card/ Insufficient funds→ invoice due in 24 hrs • No payment → no future appointments Deposits: • Non-refundable • 1 reschedule per deposit (same calendar month), otherwise forfeited Maintenance: • Fills recommended every 3–4 weeks • Appointments after 4 weeks = full set pricing Before/After Hours: • +$45 fee for appointments outside regular hours (After 5Pm) / Last Minute / Emergency request / on any Sundays services Timing: • Independent Nail Artist — limited availability • Quality over speed— I Do Not Rush My Work! • Please plan your schedule accordingly! Arrival: • 10-minute grace period • 15+ minutes late = no-show fee Parking 🚗 • Parking available • After 4Pm on Wed-Sun → street parking/ Walmart (check signs) • Appointments ending after 6:30 PM → street parking Etiquette: • Bring a show + earphones OK • Keep hands relaxed and still • If I’m quiet, I’m focused on detail work • No kids, pets, or extra guests (contact us) • No food/drinks • Minimal phone use Warranty: • 3-day fix for product issues only (service fee applied after 3 day) Other: • No refunds • Nails may be photographed/ videos/ audios >> Please COMPLETE the Waiver Forms before the appointment! << Have a design in mind?
